My Driving Licence was due for renewal and your Mr.Rakesh was deputed to help me out at RTO (Central) on 25th Jan 2017. I would like to place on record that Mr.Rakesh was extremely polite and efficient in getting things done. The whole procedure was completed in about half an hour and at the end as it is customary I offered him some money for the services he rendered. To my pleasant surprise and shock he very politely refused.

I have just returned from the RTO Central office in Ayanavaram after completing the formalities for renewal of my driving licence due on 10/5/2016.

I took less than two minutes, and this is not an exaggeration, for the entire process. The services rendered by Mr. S. Rakesh Prasad were EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD.
